Hale Ola Kino understands that making the decision to place a loved one in a nursing facility is a difficult one at best. For this reason we would like to present you with a few tools and forms that we believe will give you a better idea of what to expect while at Hale Ola Kino as well as a general understanding of the information that Hale Ola Kino will require from you and your physician prior to admission.

  Hale Ola Kino believes it’s best opportunity to differentiate itself from all other nursing facilities is the Activities Program. We feature a wide variety of programming to include exercise, pet therapy, intergenerational interaction, music & singing, arts & crafts and excursions outside of the facility. All of which are geared to meet the needs of the highest and lowest functioning residents. Hale Ola Kino staffs a licensed activities person seven days a week. • Sample Menu
  At Hale Ola Kino our residents receive their meals from the same fine kitchen that serves the residents of One Kalakaua Senior Living. The meals at Hale Ola Kino are made from Hawaii’s freshest and finest ingredients and feature a local style selection. Hale Ola Kino accommodates special diets and various consistencies all of which are coordinated under the direction of a Registered Dietician who is available to Hale Ola Kino’s residents and family twice weekly. Hale Ola Kino offers our residents a six-week cycle menu in addition to our substitute menu offered daily featuring various comfort foods.
